So I wake up one day and I go, “I think I’ll draw Lord of the Rings/The Hobbit but with Dogs.” Weirdest thought ever but I can’t unsee it now
I had a list of what I was going to do but I got lazy so I only did the ones that I thought were funny enough.
In this one:
- Smaug is a Selfish Cat, like most Cats.
- All the Dwarves are Pugs.
- Elves are Afghan Hounds. Have you seen their luxurious hair?
- Hobbits are Corgies. So Stubby
Other ideas I had :
- Gandalf as an Irish Wolfhound.
- Gollum as a Xoloitzcuintli (Mexican Hairless).
- Cat Eye of Sauron.
- Frodo is a Dachshund because he’s kind of a weird “hobbit”.
Will I draw more of these? Maybe. I don’t know yet. It was just for fun but we’ll see if I do more. But I will upload single-images of some of these panels later on.
